A woman has a relationship with a wealthy guy obsessed with her since she looks exactly like the painting he has in his house. He's preoccupied with the past and has a corridor of mirrors packed with luxurious old dresses. When she's done with playing make believe the woman wakes up and realizes that she shouldn't be with this disturbed man. This British movie has great sets and costume design but it doesn't measure up to being a masterpiece. It is a good movie though but it could have been more.
