Minions and Monsters

This was ok. I think I watched one movie in the franchise but I was able to catch up ok. The first half of the movie deals with the minions trying to find an evil leader to be followers to. Then the minions make it in the silents but then sound comes and they decide to do a monster movie. I liked the homage to silent movies. The characters are one dimensional though so there was only so much that I could invest emotionally in them. This is more for the kids than the adults. One parent said online that it was worst than Scary Movie. It wasn't that bad. It fits the PG rating.
