This western version of
Rashomon was just ok. Claire Bloom plays the woman that Paul Newman is accused of raping and Laurence Harvey, the husband he murders. Three different versions are shown, one showing Claire Bloom as a harlot, another a saint. Paul Newman plays a Mexican. I thought he did a poor job which I never thought I would say of Paul Newman. However, one person on the internet had a valid point that he was doing a stereotyped version. If that's the case then he did an ok job. I don't know. I wanted more.
