Joan flirts with a diplomat to further her fiancé's career but ends up falling for the diplomat. Anita Page is really pretty in this role. She steals the show from Joan as a woman who is in love with Joan's fiancé. Everything works out for the both of them though. Joan is just ok in this movie. Frankly I think she became a better actress with time.
